vehicle

- Direct transport of the vehicle to the customer’s preferred repair
shop
- Policyholder transportation (Quest won’t leave your customer
stranded; we will contact rental car companies to ensure transportation
is available immediately.)

- Confirmation that the service has been completed via web and/or
email
- Customer surveys (that assure the policyholder has received caring,
