Our Accident Scene services feature:

  • Web-based access that grants the agent, claims personnel, client call centers or Quest call centers the ability to request transport of vehicle
  • Immediate response to accident scenes
  • Reduced cost when the contact is made directly by the policyholder
  • Direct transport of the vehicle to the customer’s preferred repair shop
  • Policyholder transportation (Quest won’t leave your customer stranded; we will contact rental car companies to ensure transportation is available immediately.)
  • Real-time detailed reporting (accessible via web)
  • Confirmation that the service has been completed via web and/or email
  • Customer surveys (that assure the policyholder has received caring, professional service)
