Quest began handling glass program management as a TPA (third party
administrator) in 1994. As a TPA for glass, we focus on our clients’ best
interests - unlike glass company TPAs who focus on driving as much business
as possible into their own stores.
Since we are not a glass company, our programs achieve greater
utilization and less friction. Insurance agents and auto glass vendors
endorse our role as a TPA. Steering is a non-issue.
Our focus is on what’s best for you and for your policyholder. They
experience better service while you realize lower invoice expense.
Automation
Our goal is to streamline your programs as much as possible, whether they
are operated internally by you or outsourced completely to Quest. Our
programming staff will assist your IT group with systems connectivity
improving claims efficiencies and accuracy.
