Dave Rotary holds degrees form Michigan State University - General School of Business, and University of Michigan - Master of Business Administration. Dave has over 30 years experience in the glass retail and wholesale industry and extensive experience in managing customer service centers. Dave initially joined Quest Software in 1992 to manage the glass TPA programs. Currently Dave is Director of Insurance Services and oversees all call center operations for glass, towing and FNOL services.
