  • Ron Zyzelewski, President and co-founder of Quest, was previously a systems design engineer for General Motors. Ron has over 40 years in systems design and program implementation and management
  • Terry Miller, Executive Vice-President and co-founder has been a leader in the development and marketing of claims solutions and tow management programs for over 25 years.
  • John Bowen, General Manager/ Corporate Counsel, oversees business operation at Quest and has over 25 years experience in finance, operations, contract negotiation, risk management, and project management.
  • Pat Gilbert, our Vice President for Quest Towing Services, has been providing towing solutions to the insurance industry for 18 years. Pat has been involved in implementation and management of roadside assistance, accident scene and secondary towing programs for over 65 insurance companies including tier one companies.
  • Dave Rotary, Director of Insurance Services, has been with Quest for over 15 years providing call center and operations management, and is experienced in implementing the variety of out-source service programs Quest provides to the insurance industry. Dave has control of call center operations and will responsible for reviewing operations capability prior and during the roll-out.
  • L. Lee Auge, Jr.,  Director of Information Systems has 22 years of experience with Quest. Lee engineered and managed development on nearly all of the software applications for Quest.
  • Jack Griffin, our National Accounts Manager, has been sourcing and providing towing and other solutions to fortune 500 companies for over 15 years. Jack has been involved in all project functions including quantification, planning, sourcing, contract negotiations and implementation.
  • Rob Marinello, Regional Director of Sales; over 10 years’ experience in Towing and Road Service. Rob spent ten years helping build, manage and enhance the Network for Cross Country Motor Club in Medford, MA and has significant experience in towing, call center, process improvement and overall business development for Motor Clubs.
  • Brad Glazier, Director of Service Provider Network, served as a regional manager with Quest for the past 7 years. Brad is responsible for overseeing our growing Service Provider Network for roadside services. Brad has over twenty years of experience in management, running his own grocery business before coming to Quest.
  • Brad Baltimore, our CFO and head of HR, has 20 years’ experience in finance. Brad has been with Quest for 6 years and oversees all financial requirements and company policies.
  • Rob Rust, POS Software Sales Manager, has over 10 years of experience with Quest selling our industry leading glass point of sale software.
